R(+)-IAA-94 (R(+)-Methylindazone) 是一种有效的氯离子 (chloride channels) 通道阻滞剂。R(+)-IAA-94 抑制 Nef-sdAb19 相互作用,并与 Nef 结合。
IAA-94 has been employed in modulating chloride channel function to probe the dynamics and function of the channels. The high affinity of IAA-94 for the chloride channel has been exploited for isolation and reconstitution of these proteins.
