Description
m-PEG3-succinimidyl carbonate is a PEG linker containing a succinimidyl carbonate end group. The succinimidyl is amine reactive, forming stable amide bonds. The hydrophilic PEG linker increases the water solubility of the compound in aqueous media.
Uses
m-PEG3-succinimidyl carbonate is a PEG-based PROTAC linker can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1].
