解説
シュウ酸アンモニウム(NH4)2C2O4(124.10).シュウ酸の水溶液にアンモニアまたは炭酸アンモニウムを反応させると得られる.液を濃縮すると一水和物結晶が析出する.これを65 ℃ で加熱脱水すると無水物が得られる.一水和物は無色の斜方晶系結晶.C-C1.57 Å,C-O 1.25~1.26 Å.∠O-C-O約126°.密度1.50 g cm-3.無水物は無色の粉末.密度1.59 g cm-3.加熱するとオキサミドH2NOCCONH2になり,さらに加熱すると分解してCO,CO2,HCN,炭酸アンモニウムなどになる.水に可溶.水溶液はほぼ中性を示す.爆薬の製造,金属の表面仕上げ用(アルマイト),鉄の電解脱スズ用,染色用,分析試薬などに用いられる.有毒.

Ammonium oxalate is a reducing agent
and also reacts as a base to neutralize acids and reacts with
oxidizers generating carbon dioxide. Incompatible with oxidizers (chlorates, hypochlorite solutions, nitrates, peroxides,
permanganates, perchlorates, chlorine, bromine, fluorine,
etc.); contact may cause fires or explosions. Keep
away from alkaline materials, strong bases, strong acids,
oxoacids, epoxides.
