Integrin α3 (ITGA3) belongs to the integrin family. It is expressed in various parts of the developing kidney, like undifferentiated metanephric mesenchyme (MM), primary vesicles, S-shaped bodies and developing tubules. This gene is located on human chromosome 17q21.33.Biochem/physiol Actions
