Use
Copper pyrithione is effective biocide used to control algae, fungi and bacteria. It is used in anti microbial formulation for antifouling paints and as biocide and preservator for textiles, rubber, leather and fiber. It is used as a marine antifouling agent. It is used in marine paints when a more gelling resistant antifoulant is required.
