Description
8-Bromoadenosine 3',5'-cyclic monophosphate is a membrane-permeable cAMP analog. A cyclic nucleotide analog for the study of Ca2+ mediated pathways. Also, a potent activator of protein kinase which inhibits growth, decreases proliferation, increases differentiation and induces apoptosis of cultured cells. 8-Bromoadenosine 3',5'-cyclic monophosphate is an activator of PKA.More related product prices
