Description

Adaphostin is a Bcr/Abl tyrosine kinase inhibitor (IC₅₀ = 14 μM). Adaphostin induces apoptosis in T-lymphoblastic human leukemia cell lines (IC₅₀ values range from 16.8 to 216.3 nM) in vitro. Adaphostin has been shown to display selectivity for chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) myeloid progenitors in vitro.
