Cefteram pivoxil is an orally-active cephalosponn antibiotic with a broad spectrum of activity. It is reportedly effective against Cirrobacrer, indole-positive Proreus and Enrerobacrer species resistant to cefaclor, cephalexin and amoxicillin.
