MPPG is a potent antagonist of L-AP4-induced effects in rat spinal cord, thalamic and hippocampal neurons, showing selectivity over (1S,3S)-ACPD-induced effects. MPPG is also a potent antagonist of mGluR (mGlu receptors) linked to adenylyl cyclase in adult rat cortical slices.Related product price
