Alzheimer’s) (1,2). | | Biological Activity | A selective mGlu 1a receptor antagonist, with an IC 50 value of 8.8 μ M for blockade of quisqualate-induced phosphoinositide hydrolysis vs. > 100 μ M for mGlu 5a , and negligible action on group II and III receptors.
