チタン酸カルシウム Usage And Synthesis
解説

ペロフスカイト，鉱物の一種。灰チタン石ともいう。化学組成CaTiO3。斜方晶系。ふつう丸みをもった六面体。黒，褐，赤褐色。透明ないし不透明，ダイヤモンドないし金属光沢。モース硬度5.5。比重3.98～4.26。条痕は無色。ペロフスカイトはシリカと反応してチタン石を生じる。したがって，ペロフスカイトは超塩基性岩，アルカリ岩など石英を含まない岩石の副成分鉱物として産出する。また，接触変成帯の石灰岩中にも産出する。日本では岡山県布賀に産出する。

化学的特性-150, +325 mesh 99% pure; occurs naturally as the mineral perovskite; can be made by heating CaO and TiO2 to 1350°C; used as an additive to BaTiO3 [KIR83] [CER91]
使用Calcium titanium oxide is used to prepare the ferrotitanium alloys and its structure is used to study the other compounds such as barium titanate.It is used to make the pure substances at low temperature.
