向100 mL圆底烧瓶中加入2-氯-3-噻吩甲酸（3 g，18.45 mmol）和甲醇（50 mL）。在0℃下搅拌，缓慢滴加亚硫酰氯（4.4 g，37.29 mmol）。将反应混合物在室温下继续搅拌3小时。反应完成后，通过旋转蒸发仪在减压下浓缩反应液。将浓缩后的残余物通过硅胶柱色谱纯化，使用乙酸乙酯/石油醚（1:10至1:8）作为洗脱剂。最终得到2-氯噻吩-3-甲酸甲酯3.2 g，收率98%，为黄色油状物。
