Main use:

Usage: Used for mineral filled thermoplastic and thermosetting resins such as phenolic, polyester, epoxy, PBT, polyamide, carbonate, etc. It can significantly improve the physical and mechanical properties and wet electrical properties of reinforced plastics such as dry and wet bending strength, compressive strength, shear strength, and improve the wettability and dispersibility of fillers in polymers.

In resin sand casting, the adhesion of resin silica sand is enhanced, and the strength and moisture resistance of molding sand are improved. In the production of fiberglass and mineral wool, adding them to phenolic binders can improve moisture resistance and increase compression resilience.

2. Excellent adhesion promoter, can be used for polyurethane, epoxy, nitrile, phenolic adhesives and sealing materials, improving pigment dispersion and enhancing adhesion to glass, aluminum, and iron metals. It is also suitable for polyurethane, epoxy, and acrylic latex coatings.

Packaging and storage:

Net weight 160kg, 5KG plastic drum or galvanized iron drum, kept dry, heat-resistant, and moisture-proof.

• For liquids: normal 25kgs/drum, 180-300kgs/bucket, or IBC, determined by the nature of the product. 

                             Or smaller package 1kg/bottle, 10kgs/bottle as request.
