Also known as the four level of ammonium salt, similar to the nature of the inorganic salt, soluble in water,  aqueous solution can conduct electricity. Main purpose: organic synthesis of phase transfer catalyst, curing agent  polymer, organic electrolyte of the electronics industry, oilfield chemicals, molecular sieve template, PCMs, HPLC  analysis reagent, surfactants, detergents, adsorbent, oil displacement agent etc..
