The worst taste component of stevia glycoside is Rebeudioside C. The RC content of 90% of the product of ordinary total glycoside is 5%~8%, which affects the taste of stevia. Ra99% product reduces the RC content to less than 0.1%.It is 460 times sweeter than sucrose.
