Bleomycin Sulfate (NSC125066) is a glycopeptic-based antibiotic and a squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) anticancer agent with an IC50 of 4 nM in UT-SCC-19A cells.

Application:

1 The product is a broad-spectrum antitumor drug. It is effective against squamous cell cancer, including head and neck, skin, esophagus, lung, cervix, penis and thyroid cancer, as well as malignant lymphoma. It also has certain curative effect on brain tumor, malignant melanoma and fibrosarcoma.

2 Recommended concentration of 10-100 µg/ml as a selector. Bleomycin is used as a selective agent for transforming cells, especially for plant cells. The recommended concentration is 10-100g/ml. It can also be used to induce apoptosis of pulmonary fibrosis epithelial cells.
