Candelilla wax is a light yellow, shiny, waxy solid, aromatic, and fragile plant wax extracted from the epidermis of Candelilla shrubs. It has good luminescence, luster, transparency, moisture resistance, mold resistance, and plasticity. It is mainly used in fields such as lipstick cosmetics, skin and hair products to improve thermal stability. It can also be used as a substitute for soft wax hardener, beeswax, and carnauba wax.
