| In vitro | GPX4-IN-4 (Compound 24) reduces HT1080 cell viability in a dose- and time-dependent fashion at concentrations ranging from 0 to 1000 nM and durations up to 24 hours [1]. Similarly, GPX4-IN-4 demonstrates inhibitory effects on NCI-H1703 cell viability over 72 hours, with EC50 values of 0.117 μM without Fer-1 and 4.74 μM with Fer-1 [1]. |
| In vivo | GPX4-IN-4 (Compound 24; 100 and 200 mg/kg; i.p.; once) targets renal GPX4 and induces the expression of PD biomarkers in mice [1]. Despite partial target engagement observed in tumor masses, GPX4-IN-4 (50 mg/kg; i.p.; daily for 20 days) does not affect the growth of WSU-DLCL2 tumors in mice [1]. |
