Production method

1. Obtained by the reaction of ethylamine with carbon disulfide. First, the ethylamine is added to the reactor, heated to 35 ~ 40℃ under stirring, and then the carbon disulfide is added while stirring, and the drip is completed within 40 ~ 45min. Then the temperature was heated to 95℃ and the reaction was maintained for 3h. Then the temperature is lowered to 50℃. The product is cooled, filtered, washed and dried to obtain the finished product. The product content is 92% and the yield is 80%.

2. The reaction of ethylamine aqueous solution with carbon disulfide at 20 ~ 30℃ resulted in the formation of  ethylamine ethyl dithiocarbamate. The substance is decomposed at 96 ~ 100℃, and after releasing hydrogen sulfide gas, it is separated, washed, crystallized, crushed, and dried to obtain the finished product.

Use

1. It can be used as thiourea accelerator, which is also a butyl adhesive accelerator and a vulcanizing active agent of epDM.

2. The chloroprene vulcanizate with good properties such as tensile strength, hardness and compression permanent deformation can be prepared. Compared with NA-22(ethylidene thiourea), the char and vulcanization are fast, but the vulcanization flatness is better. This product disperses easily and does not spray frost. When the amount is large, high temperature and high speed vulcanization can be carried out, especially suitable for continuous vulcanization of pressed products. This product is also butyl adhesive accelerator, ethylene ternary rubber vulcanizing active agent. Thiazoles and sulfanilides can be activated in natural and butadiene gum. It has antioxidant effect on natural rubber, neoprene rubber, nitrile rubber and styrene butadiene rubber. Generally used for manufacturing industrial rubber products, special wire, sponge products, etc. The general dosage of chloroprene compound is 0.25 to 1 part. The dosage of natural rubber and styrene butadiene rubber is 0.3 ~ 1.5 parts, and it is combined with 0.3 ~ 1.5 parts of accelerator DM. It is also used in the preparation of corrosion inhibitor Rodine 31A.

3. Efficient corrosion inhibitor, can be added to the acid solution alone as a corrosion inhibitor for ferrous metals, can also be combined with sulfamic acid and citric acid to make a solid cleaning agent. Also used in copper dissolution accelerator.

4. Used as an accelerator for neoprene rubber and styrene butadiene rubber adhesives. Vulcanization and coke burning faster than accelerator NA-22, high temperature rapid vulcanization can be carried out when the amount is large, especially suitable for continuous vulcanization of pressed products, products compression deformation is small, good aging resistance. Also used as vulcanization activator of EPDM rubber. It has antioxidant effect on natural rubber, nitrile rubber, styrene butadiene rubber and neoprene rubber. Easy to disperse when operating, no spray frost, generally used in industrial products, sponge products and special wires. It is also used as a raw material for preparation of corrosion inhibitors.
