Octenyl Succinic Anhydride J8 (OSA-J8) is synthesized from maleic anhydride and linear 2-octene.
It is a starch modification additive used in the production of “Pure Gum”, and it significantly enhances the compatibility between hydrophobic substances and starch.

Key Benefits of OSA-J8:
