| In vitro | RNA polymerase II-IN-1 (compound 19iv) demonstrates cytotoxic effects on CHO, HEK293, and HeLa cell lines, exhibiting IC50 values of 0.19 μM, 0.20 μM, and 3.32 μM, respectively. Compared to α-Amanitin, it shows reduced toxicity in HepG2 cells, with an IC50 of 5.6 μM, which is 2.7-fold lower [1]. |
