| Cell Research | Procedure 1. Prepare bacterial cell culture: E. coli cells were grown in LB medium at 37°C to a suitable state. 2. Collect cells by centrifugation and wash 3 times with PBS. 3. Incubate cells with TMB (200 μM) for 10 minutes. 4. Wash 3 times with PBS to remove excess TMB. 5. Collect optical signals. |
