Description:Pramlintide是胰淀粉样多肽(Amylin,淀粉不溶素)的一种合成类似物,是由37个氨基酸组成的环状多肽,是继胰岛素之后第二个获准用于治疗1型糖尿病的药物。在临床上,以普兰林肽为主要原料的药物,可用作1型和2型糖尿病的辅助治疗药物,主要用于单用胰岛素,以及联合应用胰岛素和磺脲类药物、二甲双胍仍无法取得预期疗效的糖尿病患者。实验证明,普兰林肽可与胰岛素合用,但不能取代胰岛素。
Pramlintide is a synthetic analog of pancreatic amyloid polypeptide (Amylin, amylolysin), a cyclic polypeptide composed of 37 amino acids, and the second drug approved for the treatment of type 1 diabetes after insulin. Clinically, the drug with Pranin as the main raw material can be used as an auxiliary treatment drug for type 1 and type 2 diabetes. It is mainly used for diabetes patients who can not achieve the expected effect with insulin alone, insulin and sulfonylurea drugs in combination, and metformin. Experimental results have shown that pramlintide can be used in combination with insulin, but cannot replace insulin.
