Fungicide ---Fludioxonil

Fludioxonil, developed  by Novartis, is a new type of non-systemic fungicide with epoch-making significance. It is an efficient, safe and new fungicide. It is currently the world's largest-selling seed treatment agent one. Because of its low dosage, minimal toxicity, and long duration, it was rated as a zero-risk product by the US Environmental Protection Agency, and its market prospects are extremely broad.

Toxicity

Mechanism of action

By inhibiting the transfer related to the glucose phosphorylation of the bacteria and inhibiting the growth of the fungal mycelium, it will eventually lead to the death of the bacteria. The mechanism of action is unique, and there is no cross-resistance to existing fungicides. Fludioxonil is one of the few products in the world that has received EPA "low risk" certification from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

Application

Fludioxonil is used for the foliar treatment of wheat, barley, corn, peas, rape, rice, vegetables, grapes, lawns, and ornamental crops. It is used to control Fusarium nivalis, Tilletia rot, Rhizoctonia solani, etc. Special effects; treatment of grain and non-grain seeds, prevention and control of seed-borne and soil-borne pathogens, such as Alternaria, Ascodia, Aspergillus, Fusarium, Bipolaris, Rhizoctonia and Penicillium bacteria.
