Tetrahexylammonium bromide can be used:- As a hydrogen bond acceptor in the preparation of deep eutectic solvents which can be used for desulfurization and denitrogenation from n-heptane.
- To produce aqueous biphasic system for the heavy metal ions preconcentration.
