Description

1-?Aminocycloheptanecar?boxylic Acid is used in the synthesis of chlamydocin-hydroxamic acid analogs with histone deacetylase inhibitory activities. It is also used to prepare imidazobioxazolium triflates as precursors for sterically hindered and electron-donating N-heterocyclic carbene ligands.
