10 g of polytetrafluoroethylene particles (about 70 mg/particle) and 6.942 g (10 molar equivalents) of sulfuric acid were added to the reaction vessel.(98%, equivalent to 6.667g of 100% sulfuric acid and 0.14ml of water),1.054 g (1.1 molar equivalent) o-nitroaniline, 0.550 g(1.15 molar equivalents) sodium nitrite,When the mixture was stirred for 20 minutes at room temperature with a modified mechanical stirring paddle, the thin-plate chromatography was used to detect the adjacent nitrate.The aniline was completely converted, and 1.000 g (1 molar equivalent) of 2-naphthol was added.Stirring was continued at room temperature. After 120 minutes of reaction,The reaction was completed by thin-plate chromatography, filtered and rinsed with 10 mL of water.The filter cake is dried to obtain 2.080 g of C.I.
