Steps:
2.1 Step 1: Preparation of 1-(6-bromopyridin-2-yl)pyrrolidin-2-one (2a)
at room temperature,2,6-dibromopyridine (24.0 g, 100 mmol),Pyrrolidin-2-one (4.25g, 50.0mmol),Dioxane (250 mL) was added to the reaction flask,Then add cesium carbonate (65.0 g, 200 mmol),Pd(OAc)2 (1.12g, 5.00mmol),Xantphos (5.78 g, 10.0 mmol).Under nitrogen atmosphere,The reaction was stirred at 80°C for 6 hours.After the reaction was completed, suction filtration, the filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure, and the residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (eluent: petroleum ether: ethyl acetate = 5:1) to obtain 12.0 g of the title product as a white solid,Yield: 50.0%.
