Step A: N,N-dimethylpyridine (135.61mg, 1.11mmol, 0.05eq) and Boc2O (4.89g, 22.42mmol, 1.01eq) wereadded to a solution of 32 (3.00g, 22.20mmol, 1.00eq) in 30mL dichloromethane. The reaction solution was stirred at10-15°C for 12 hours, then quenched with 50mL aqueous ammonium chloride solution at 0°C, extracted twice with 25mLdichloromethane each time. The organic phase was combined, washed with 50mL saturated brine, dried over anhydroussodium sulfate, filtered, concentrated, and purified by silica gel column chromatography to give the product 33 as a whiteoil (5.20 g, 22.10 mmol, yield 99.57%)
