56.1 t-butyl 4-((6-chloropyridine-3-yloxy)methyl)piperidin-1-carboxylate
t-butyl 4-((6-chloropyridine-3-yloxy)methyl)piperidin-1-carboxylate: t-Butyl 4-((methylsulfonyloxy)methyl)piperidin-1-carboxylate (the product of synthesis step 2 of compound 431; 2.0 g, 6.82 mmol) was dissolved in ACN 10 mL. 6-chloropyridine-3-ol (1.06 g, 8.18 mmol), Cs2CO3 (3.33 g, 10.23 mmol) was added thereto, and refluxed with heating for a day. The reaction mixture was added with water, and extracted with EtOAc. The obtained organic layer was washed with saturated aqueous brine solution, dried over MgSO4, filtered to remove the solid residue, and the filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure. The concentrate was purified by column chromatography (ISCO silica gel cartridge, EtOAcHexane) to yield the title compound as white solid (1.6 g, 72%)
