Steps:
1 Synthesis of (S) -t-butyl 2-amino-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrobenzo [d] thiazol-6-ylcarbamate (compound of formula II)
(S) -4,5,6,7-tetrahydrobenzo [d] thiazole-2,6-diamine of the formula IV Was added 100 mL of methanol. 155 g of di-t-butyl dicarbonate was added slowly while maintaining the temperature at 0 to 5 degree , followed by stirring at 20 to 25 degree for 1 hour. After the reaction was concentrated, 300 mL of toluene was added and the mixture was allowed to stand at room temperature for 2 hours, then left in a freezer for 4 hours. After filtration and drying, (S) -t- 5,6,7-tetrahydrobenzo [d] thiazol-6-yl carbamate 143 g (yield: 90%) was obtained.
