Take 5.4g of tri-O-acetyl-6-chloroadenosine and 4.28g of 3-aminophenol, add 30ml of absolute ethanol and 3.96g of triethylamine, and react at 60°C for 8h, then evaporate the solvent under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography, eluent: ethyl acetate: petroleum ether = 2:1, collect the required components, and concentrate under reduced pressure to obtain 2',3',5'-tri-O-acetyl -N6-(3-hydroxyphenyl)adenosine 1.51g.
