Steps:
20.1 The first step: 2-(4-iodopyrazole-1-yl) ethyl acetate (20a)
The compound 4-iodo-1H-pyrazole (3g, 15.5mmol) was dissolved in 30mL DMF,Add 2-chloroethyl acetate (1.9 g, 15.5 mmol) and cesium carbonate (10.1 g, 30.9 mmol) in sequence, and stir at room temperature for 2 h.Add 50mL water and 50mL ethyl acetate for extraction, and then wash the organic layer 4 times with 50mL saturated brine.After concentration under reduced pressure, the target product was obtained as a yellow oil (3.5 g, 81% yield).
