In a 10 mL vacuum tube, add 1,2,3-triazine 1a (8.1 mg, 0.10 mmol), 3-oxo-3-phenylpropionitrile 2b (21.8 mg, 0.15 mmol) and KOH (2.8 mg, 0.05 mmol). Nitrogen was replaced three times, then 0.5mL MeCN was added, and the reaction tube was placed at 80 ° C for 8h. The reaction was followed by TLC. After the reaction was terminated, CH2Cl2 was added for extraction, the organic phase was separated, dried over Na2SO4, the organic phase was concentrated in vacuo, and then the target product 3c was obtained by column chromatography (16.4 mg, 91%).
