General procedure: The compound (98 mg) prepared in step 1) was added, together with thionyl chloride (0.1 mL), to tetrahydrofuran (1.5 ml), followed by stirring the solution at 50°C for 2.5 hrs. The solution was cooled to room temperature, vacuum filtered, subjected to azeotropic distillation with toluene. The distillate was dried and used in a subsequent reaction without purification.
