Steps:

1.1 Synthesis of compound 3a

Compound 1a (5g, 46.3mmol), compound 2a (5.3g, 46.3mmol) and TEA (13mL, 92.6mmol) were dissolved in 1,4-dioxane and stirred at room temperature for 3h.After the reaction of the raw materials is complete, the precipitated solid is filtered off with suction, and the filter cake is washed with 1,4-dioxane three times. The filter cake was dissolved in 25 mL of acetic acid, 10 mL of concentrated hydrochloric acid was added, and the mixture was heated to reflux for 2 h. The volatile substances were removed by distillation under reduced pressure, and then the obtained solid was suspended in 45 mL of acetone while hot, stirred, cooled to room temperature, filtered with suction, washed with acetone three times, and the filter cake was vacuum dried to obtain compound 3a (5.6 g, 60%).
