Steps:
4 Preparation of 4-chloro-3-(pyridin-2-yl)aniline
To a 100ml volumetric flask 20mmol 2-(2-chloro-5-nitrophenyl)pyridine, 50ml of methanol, 1g of activated carbon, 2mmol FeOOH and 60mmol 85% hydrazine hydrate was heated to reflux and stirred for 6 ~ 8h, after completion of the reaction, was filtered, spin-dry The solvent was dissolved with 150ml of dichloromethane, the organic phase was washed with saturated sodium bicarbonate solution (20ml×3), the organic phase was dried under reduced pressure. Distillation to give crude product was recrystallized from n-propanol to give a pale yellow solid, yield 96%.
