5 Catalytic synthesis of carboxylic acids with palladium complexes
In a reaction tube, dissolve palladium complex [Pd] (0.02 mmol) and p-dimethylaminobromobenzene (1.0 mmol) in 3 mL of toluene,extract and ventilate three timesin a CO₂atmosphere, and connect a CO₂balloonunder normal pressure. The reaction was performed at 50 ° C for 8 hours. After the reaction, the reaction mixture was acidified. The reaction solution was concentrated and separated by column chromatography to obtain the corresponding product C₉H₁₁NO₂(yield 90%).
