Yield: 92%

Reaction Conditions:

with nickel(II) sulfate hexahydrate;4,4'-Dimethoxy-2,2'-bipyridin;C41H40O16;N-ethyl-N,N-diisopropylamine in N,N-dimethyl-formamide;acetonitrile for 24 h;Inert atmosphere;Microwave irradiation;

Steps:

10 [Example 10]
Add the photocatalyst prepared in Example 1 (0.002mmol), nickel(II) sulfate hexahydrate (0.02mmol), 4,4'-dimethoxy-2,2'-bipyridine (0.02mmol), 4 -Bromobenzonitrile (36.4mg, 0.2mmol), N,N-diisopropylethylamine (0.3mmol), n-butanol (8mmol), DMF and acetonitrile (1:1, 1mL), after nitrogen protection Reaction for 24 hours under 23W CFL irradiation. Finally, the reaction solution was concentrated using a rotary evaporator, and quickly separated by 200-300 mesh silica gel column chromatography. The eluent used was ethyl acetate/petroleum ether (v:v=1:5). The product quality was calculated to obtain 4- The yield of n-butoxybenzonitrile was 92%.
