2 Step 2: 5-(bromomethyl)-2-chloropyrimidine(39C)
39B (1g, 6.92 mmol) was dissolved in DCM (20 ml) at room temperature, the reaction solution was cooled to 0 °C under nitrogen protection, and triphenylphosphorus (1.82 g 6.92 mmol) and carbon tetrabromide (2.29 g, 6.92 mmol) were added at this temperature. After stirring at 0 °C for 0.5 h, the reaction solution was heated to room temperature and continued to stir for 1.5 h. TLC monitoring substrate has a little remaining, the reaction liquid is dried out on the column (PE: EA = 5:1) to give 39C (1 g, 70%)
