Compound B1 (500 mg, 2.30 mmol) was dissolved in ethanol (10 mL), and hydrazine hydrate (2 mL) was added with stirring. Then the stirring was continued at room temperature, monitored by TLC plate, and the reaction was completed in 4 h. The reaction system was concentrated and purified by column chromatography (DCM:MeOH=20:1) to obtain compound B2 (400 mg, yield: 86%).
