(1) 2-amino-3-fluorobenzoic acid (10.0mmol), triethyl orthoacetate 50mL as solvent, added to a 100mL three-mouth flask for reflux reaction for 4-5h, after the end of the reaction, cooling to room temperature, filter and collect solids, and obtain intermediate 8-fluoro-2-methyl-4H-benzo[d][1,3]oxazin-4-one.
