Ribonucleoside demethylation of N6-methyladenine by using Benzophenone as photosensitizer under 365nm wavelength UV light and Selectfluor: and then into the reaction tube added the N6-methyladenine Ribonucleoside (0.1mmol, 28.1mg), Selectfluor (0.22mmol, 77.9mg), Benzophenone (0.01mmol, 1.8 mg), under nitrogen protection added 2 ml of H20 / CH3CN (1/1) solution, 303nm wavelength of UV light, stirring 5 hours, add the appropriate amount of sodium bicarbonate to the reaction solution at pH 7, spin dry liquid, after column chromatography (CH2Cl2/MeOH=12/1) separation obtained adenine Ribonucleoside 26mg, yield is 97%.
