In a three-necked flask, m-fluorobenzaldehyde oxime (5 g, 35.9 mmol) was dissolved in N,N-dimethylformamide (100 mL), added in batches to the NCS (4.8 g, 35.9 mmol), and reacted at 35° C. for 3 h.After the reaction was completed, the reaction solution was poured into 200 ml of ethyl acetate, washed with pure water (100 mL×4), dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, and the solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure to obtain 5.6 g of chloroquinone, with a yield of 90.2%.
