4 Example 4: Synthetic route of analogue DG-D3
Add DG (20g, 32mmol, 1.0eq) to the 500mL reaction flask,200 mL of water and 100 mL of tetrahydrofuran were stirred, 2 g of tetrabutylammonium iodide was added at room temperature, the reaction was stirred, and the reaction was monitored by TLC. At the end of the reaction, part of the solvent was distilled off under reduced pressure, and a white solid precipitated, which was filtered with suction, the filter cake was washed with ether, and dried to obtain a crude product. The crude product was beaten with 200 mL of methyl tertiary ether and dried to obtain 16.2 g of DG-D3 solid product. Yield: 81%.
