1.2 3,5-Diamino-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylic acid ethyl ester
(Z)-3-Amino-4,4,4-trichloro-2-cyanobut-2-enoic acid ethyl ester 1c (37 g, 0.1448 mmol) and hydrazine hydrate (18 g, 0.362 mol) were dissolved in 75 mL of N,N-dimethylformamide, heated to 100°C, and reacted for 3 hours. Concentrated under reduced pressure, the obtained residue was further analyzed and purified by silica gel column chromatography (eluent: system B) to obtain ethyl 3,5-diamino-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylate 1d (24.6 g, yellow solid), yield: 100%.
