3.2 tert-Butyl deprotection
General procedure: 1 eq of the respective starting material was dissolved in 10 ml of a 1:1 mixture of DCM and TFAper mmol. The solution was stirred at room temperature for 1 h until the development of bubbleshad ceased. The solvent was removed under reduced pressure and the oily residue was taken upin as little DCM as possible and precipitated from hexane, yielding a white precipitate which wasidentified as the product
