[00399] Step 3 : To a solution of 2-morpholino-N-(4-nitrophenyl)acetamide (320 mg, 1.21 mmol) in MeOH (70 mL) was added 10% Pd/C (80 mg), and the resulting mixture was stirred under H2 (1 atm) for 23 h. The mixture was then filtered over Celite and concentrated to afford the desired product as an orange oil (314 mg, ca. 100% yield). 1H NMR (DMSO-d6, 400 MHz) δ 9.28 (br s, 1H), 7.22 (d, J = 8.4 Hz, 2H), 6.50 (d, J = 8.8 Hz, 2H), 4.86 (br s, 2H), 3.64-3.62 (m, 4H), 3.04 (s, 2H), 2.51-2.47 (m, 4H); MS (ESI): calcd for C12H17N302: 235, found: 236 (MH+).
