The specific process is as follows: In a glove box, add sodium iodide (3.7mg, 0.025mmol) to a 4mL reaction vessel equipped with a magnet.Magnesium powder (18.2mg, 0.75mmol), anhydrous THF (1mL), p-fluorochlorobenzene (65.3mg, 0.5mmol),Trimethylchlorosilane (76 μL, 0.6 mmol) was then stirred and reacted at 15° C. for 10 hours.After the reaction is over, add an appropriate amount of dichloromethane to dilute, and filter through a dropper filled with diatomaceous earth.A few drops of water were added to the filtrate to quench the reaction, and then filtered through a dropper filled with anhydrous sodium sulfate and diatomaceous earth, and the solvent was removed by rotary evaporation.Finally, it was separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography to obtain 58.9 mg of colorless liquid.It is m-fluorophenyl trimethylsilane, and the yield is 70%.
