[Synthesis of the compound (28)]; The compound (27) (10.0 g, 0.042 mol) and sodium hydroxide (1.67 g, 0.042 mol) were subjected to stirring in a mixed solvent of ethanol (30 mL)/2-propanol (10 mL) at room temperature for 4 hours. After completion of the reaction, the solvent was removed under reduced pressure, and 2-propanol (100 mL) was added for washing twice to give the compound (28) (4.2 g, yield; 39%).
